Import Car Parts Ltd contains material which is derived in whole
or in part from other sources and is protected by international
copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not
modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit
or distribute in any way any material from Import Car Parts Ltd
including our web site computer code.
The information that Import Car Parts Ltd is providing you
with is subject to the Terms and Conditions noted herein.
Import Car Parts Ltd may amend or modify these Terms and Conditions,
or impose new conditions on use, at any time. Your use of
Import Car Parts Ltd shall be deemed to constitute acceptance
of our Terms and Conditions.
Import Car Parts Ltd Online Shop
The information contained in the material
in this Website is only for information purposes. The material
on the Website does not constitute advice and you should not
rely on any material on the Website to make (or refrain from
making) any decision or take (or refrain from taking) any
action.
The Website contains material submitted and created by private
and trade dealers and other third parties. We exclude all
liability for any illegality arising from or error, omission
or inaccuracy in such material.
We give no warranties, conditions, guarantees or representations,
express or implied, as to:-
- The completeness or accuracy of the advice and information
contained on the Website or any website to which it is linked.
- The content of the advertisements for products and/or
vehicles included in our database, including but not limited
to the ownership, quality, authenticity of any photographs,
compliance with description or fitness for purpose of any
such vehicles.
- The completeness of the results of any search of our database
or that the vehicles and/or products selected by the search
are the only vehicles and/or products on our database which
might meet the searcher's requirements.
Terms of sale/s
Any Items not in stock when an order is received will
automatically go on back order & be shipped as soon
as available, unless we are advised otherwise.
All terms, Condition and warranties implied or expressed
made by Import Car Parts Ltd or its servants, agents or otherwise
relating to the quality and/or fitness for the purpose of
the goods or any of the goods are excluded.
If the buyer considers that any goods supplied are faulty,
or not as ordered, we must receive written notice within
three working days of receipt or no refund or replacement
will be offered. Where damage appears to have been sustained
in transit, good must be signed for as such and all packing
material kept as evidence.
Any item proved to our satisfaction to be faulty by reason
of defective material or workmanship will be replaced or
the cost thereof refunded.
Goods supplied correctly & returned for credit are
subject to a handling charge of 35%, repackaging costs may
also be applied, shipping is non refundable.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all
returned products are insured to cover the full value and
are packed to a good standard so as not to get damaged in
transit. Refunds will not be made it the goods are damaged
in this way on return.
Refunds of carriage costs if applicable, on returned items
will be limited to the amount that we would incur in sending
the item.
Special order items are NOT returnable under any circumstances.
In the event of any breach of this contract by Import Car Parts Ltd, the remedies of the buyer shall be limited to
damages. Under no circumstances shall the limit of liability
by Import Car Parts Ltd exceed the price of the goods.
Other than specified in these terms and condition, we
will accept no liability for direct, consequential, or any
other loss arising from the supply by Import Car Parts Ltd of
any goods, All guarantees for products are provided entirely
by the manufacturers/UK importers and are subject to terms
contained therein. Purchasers are reminded to complete all
warranty cards/documents upon receipt of goods where appropriate
Risk of goods passes to the customer at point of delivery,
all goods despatched remain the property of Import Car Parts Ltd
until full and final payment is made.
Goods are invoiced at the prices ruling at date of despatched,
which are subject to change without notice.
These terms and conditions will supersede any other sought
to be imposed by a purchaser or third party.
This contract is subject to the law of England and Wales,
and all disputes arising out of the contract shall be subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and
Wales.
Performance and competition goods are supplied for specialist
use and are subject to extreme heat and stress whilst in
use. Life expectancy and durability are greatly reduced
and purchasers should note that any claim for failure/wear
shall not be entertained by the company and it is agreed
that such use shall be a relevant circumstance for the Sale
of Goods Act 1979 (as amended). In addition, parts connected
to parts supplied by this company may be placed under stress
where specialist/competition parts are used, and purchasers
should take advice from experts prior to purchase. Manufacturers
may also limit guarantees when components are installed
for competition use. It is the purchaser’s responsibility
to ensure suitability of the product they are buying for
the intended use, and the legalities of fitment in their
country. Many performance parts are designed for off
road and / or competition use only, De-cat exhaust parts
are not intended nor designed for road use.
By purchasing from Import Car Parts Ltd all terms and conditions
are agreed to by the purchaser.
Shipping / Delivery
We endeavour to despatch all orders
for items in stock within 24hrs (excluding weekends and holidays)
We currently ship parts to the following regions:
- Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands
- Channel Islands No Vat Jersey & Guernsey
- Denmark, France, Germany, Monaco
- England / Wales
- Isle of Man
- Isle of Wight
- Northern Ireland
- Norway & Switzerland
- Republic of Ireland

- Scottish Highlands & Islands
- Sweden,Finland, Austria
Delivery can only go to the creditcard holders registered
address, strict security checks are carried out, transactions
that fail verification for any reason will not be processed
and will be automatically cancelled.
When items are dispatched you will receive an email confirmation
of dispatch, and a text message if you have provided a mobile
number.
Out of stock items will go onto a backorder system and will
be despatched when they are ready without notice.
Security
Is it safe to give my credit
card details over the internet?
Any credit card information sent to us is encrypted (scrambled)
via the secure Worldpay system while being sent over the Internet.
When it reaches Worldpay they then encrypt the content so
that it can only be read by authorised personnel. This makes
it very difficult for anyone to intercept your details.
Returns & Refunds
You have a 7 day "cooling off" period, from the day you receive the goods, which gives you the right to cancel any order
within seven days of your contract with Import Car Parts Ltd for a full refund.
If you do wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within the 7 day period and you will have your payment refunded after we receive the goods back - you must return
the goods to us in the same condition in which you received
them, via a suitable carriage method.
If the goods have already been dispatched and it is simply a 'change of heart' then the return delivery costs will be bourn by the customer. However, if there is a fault, the return delivery costs will be bourn by Import Car Parts Ltd.
Items correctly supplied by Import Car Parts Ltd will be subject to a handling charge.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including, but
not limited to:
- Any item that has been fitted or used
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged,
or is missing parts.
- Any item that is electrical in nature air flow meters,
gauges etc.
Privacy policy
The purpose of this statement is to explain
to you how we may use your personal information. By registering
as a user of the services provided by Import Car Parts Ltd and
by using the Import Car Parts Ltd web site generally you agree
to this use.
What information will you hold about
me and will it be safe?
Information that we currently collect is as follows;
- Name, address, e-mail, telephone number, and order details.
We DO NOT store any credit card information that you enter.
- Other data, from time to time, to help us provide you
with improved products and services
