All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, product data, and website code, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

3. Website Content & Information Disclaimer

3.1. All website content is provided for general information only. It should not be relied upon as technical, legal, or professional advice.

3.2. Some product information or listings may come from third-party suppliers or trade sellers. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or omissions in third-party material.

3.3. We do not guarantee:

  • the accuracy, completeness or suitability of website content;
  • that search results show all relevant products;
  • that product photos perfectly match the item shipped.

4. Orders & Availability

4.1. Items not in stock at the time of ordering may be placed on back order and shipped as soon as available unless you request cancellation.

4.2. We may refuse or cancel an order at any time (for example, due to pricing errors or stock issues). Any payments taken will be refunded.

5. Prices & Payment

5.1. Prices are charged at the rates shown at the time of dispatch. Prices may change without notice.

5.2. We accept major payment methods including PayPal. All payments must clear before goods are dispatched.

6. Delivery, Risk & Ownership

6.1. Risk passes to the customer at the point of delivery (or attempted delivery), not when the item is opened.

6.2. Goods remain our property until paid for in full.

6.3. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we approve otherwise.

7. Duties, Taxes & Return-to-Sender Policy (International Orders)

7.1. Import Duties & Taxes

Customers outside the UK are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs charges, or handling fees. These are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

7.2. Customs Clearance

You must provide all information required by customs or the carrier.

Any customs or carrier notification (email, SMS, tracking update, attempted delivery) is considered delivered.

7.3. Failure to Pay Duties or Accept Delivery

If you fail to pay duties/taxes or refuse/ignore delivery, the parcel may be returned to us or destroyed by customs.

This is treated as customer refusal, not a failed delivery by us.

7.4. Returned Parcels

A refund is issued only when we physically receive the goods back in resaleable condition.

If customs destroy or seize the goods due to unpaid fees, no refund will be issued.

7.5. Deductions from Refund

If returned due to unpaid duties/taxes, we will deduct:

  • return shipping
  • carrier fees
  • customs re-charges
  • storage/admin costs
  • any other reasonable costs incurred

These deductions are lawful and proportionate under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7.6. PayPal Buyer Protection

  • Failure to pay customs duties/taxes is not “Item Not Received” under PayPal rules.
  • If the parcel is returned or refused due to unpaid fees, PayPal will be shown tracking evidence of attempted delivery/customs notices.
  • No refund is due for goods destroyed by customs as the loss is caused by the customer.
  • Any PayPal chargebacks or fees resulting from such cases may be deducted from any refund.

8. Returns & Refunds

8A. Consumer Returns (B2C) – UK Consumer Law Compliant

8A.1. Right to Cancel (Online Orders)

Consumers have 30 days from receipt to cancel an order, except for:

  • Special orders or custom-made items,
  • Items installed, used, or damaged after delivery,
  • Performance/competition parts once fitted.

8A.2. Condition of Returned Goods

Goods must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

We may deduct for damage, missing parts, or signs of use.

8A.3. Consumer Return Fees

Consumer returns for “change of mind” must be sent back at the customer’s cost.

We recommend insured/tracked shipping. We are not responsible for lost returns.

8A.4. Faulty Goods (B2C)

Faulty items must be reported within a reasonable time.

We follow the Consumer Rights Act 2015, offering repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances.

8B. Business Returns (B2B)

8B.1. No Automatic Right to Return

Businesses do not have the same cancellation rights as consumers.

8B.2. Handling Charges

Correctly supplied B2B goods returned with our approval may incur:

  • Restocking/handling charge (up to 35%)
  • Repackaging costs
  • Non-refundable shipping

8B.3. Faulty Goods (B2B)

Business customers must notify us within 3 working days of receipt.

Faulty items will be inspected and replaced or credited at our discretion only.

9. Special Order Items

Special order, custom, or made-to-order goods cannot be cancelled or returned unless faulty.

This applies to both consumers and businesses.

10. Warranty & Performance Parts

Performance and competition parts operate under extreme stress and have reduced life expectancy.

Warranty claims for performance parts are often limited by manufacturers and may not cover track or competition use.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure:

  • suitability of the part,
  • legal use in their country,
  • correct installation by a competent professional.

We are not liable for damage caused to other components where performance parts are used.

11. Liability

11.1. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of vehicle use, labour costs, storage, or loss of earnings.

11.2. Our liability is capped at the value of the goods purchased, except where prohibited by law.

11.3. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by our negligence,
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12. Complaints

Please contact us, and we will aim to resolve any issue quickly and fairly.
